The Yamaha DGX-670 is the perfect instrument for the all-round pianist who likes to play with a band. This is a kind of hybrid piano with keyboard capabilities. The DGX-670 has a beautifully weighted piano keyboard that very authentically mimics the keys of an acoustic piano. In addition, this unit also includes a variety of instrumentation and arrangement functions that you would find in a keyboard.
The DGX-670 has a wide range of voices - that's Yamaha's name for playable instruments. You can make this piano sound like strings, wind instruments, guitars, synthesizers, organs and electric pianos. And since this is a Yamaha, all of these instrument samples are incredibly high quality. Each instrument is so impressively recreated in the DGX-670 that you will hardly notice the difference from the authentic instrument. The piano sounds were recorded directly from Yamaha's legendary grand pianos and upright pianos. In total, the DGX-670 has 630 different playable sounds.
