Van de Moer Instruments gives their customers the best service possible, and therefore they only work with professional and experienced guitar builders and repairers with the right know-how. With us you don't have to worry about anything: your instrument or amplifier is in safe and professional hands.

At Van de Moer Instruments, we understand that you are attached to your instrument or amplifier: it is your loyal companion and you spent many playing hours together. That is why Van de Moer Instruments is committed to restoring your instrument, or other gear, to all its original glory. And we do so with integrity, as we never write off an instrument prematurely in order to talk you in to buying a new one, but we also would advise you against further repairs if it doesn't make sense anymore.

How does it work?

If your instrument or amplifier is on its last legs, or is starting to show troublesome defects or shortcomings, you can bring you instrument or amplifier into the store (or we can collect), and our employees will calculate an estimate based on the cost of materials and the repair time. Depending on the warranty and the nature of the product or damage, the repairs will be carried out by our own authorised repairers, or the repair service of the supplier / manufacturer.

You urgently need replacement equipment?

That's not a problem for Van de Moer Instruments. We can help you out with rental instruments and other gear. The price of this depends on the duration and nature of the material and is individually adjusted to suit your case. Please contact out service centre: info@vandemoer.be.
