Delivery times

The product's delivery time may vary and depends on where the product is at that time (our warehouse or supplier). Is your product in our warehouse, then you can expect the product to your door within 1 to 3 business days (for orders within Belgium, international shipments may take a little longer). You prefer to get on the product in the store, you can do so the same day, depending of course on our schedule. Your product is in the warehouse of the supplier, the order will be as a 3 to 7 working days on the way. For some products, we are not automatically informed of the stock status. In this case, you best contact us: we can delivery your specific product directions quickly. Chances are that the delivery does not differ from that of other products.

The specified delivery times on the website is subject in all cases as an indication, the actual delivery times may differ due to external or unforeseen factors. Moreover, one should take into account the hours and days of the store: the order can not be processed when the store is closed and the staff are not present.

Delivery at home

The timing is presented your order to your door will depend on the carriers (or B-Post or UPS). If you are not home when the package is offered, they will leave a message with instructions on how you can take delivery of your package yet.

Delivered You should also sign a receipt. You are responsible if you let others sign a receipt. Exhibits to make the packaging damage should you mention for receipt by the drawing of that damage. This notification is necessary if the delivery has to be taken in return.

Supply and installation of Instruments

The delivery of your purchase is free within Belgium and the Netherlands according to the table above. The standard delivery assumes a delivery to the door in unassembled condition. However, if you want the instrument mounted and installed in the home, you can call on our assembly service. This service delivers, installs and assembles your instrument personally at your home (on the ground floor, without obstacles) and costs 90 euros. We also take the packaging and associated waste with us (if desired). For delivery and assembly abroad or in specific situations that make assembly difficult (e.g. on a floor or with obstacles), please contact us.
