Warranty and returns

All products purchased from us we provide a warranty period of 3 years, with the exception of products intended for regular replacement such as batteries, picks, lamps, strings, reeds, guitar picks, drum sticks and the like. In addition, our warranty does not cover defects or wear due to lack of maintenance or improper use of the article. On (guitar) amplifiers You can also enjoy a three-year warranty except for defects that are due to the tubes or lamps. Replacing these lamps or tubes therefore falls outside the guarantee.

You as a consumer when making purchases over the Internet entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days after delivery of the product. During this period, the product may only unpacked the extent or used as necessary to assess whether he wishes to retain. If he exercises his right of withdrawal does, he will the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur.

Van de Moer Instruments will only accept returns of items and / or articles if:

Excluded from exchange or refund are:

• Items that have been used, damaged or incomplete.

Van de Moer Instruments reserves the right to return products that do not conform to refuse the stated conditions. In this case the product remains your property or we will reimburse only a portion of the invoice amount.
