Roland is releasing the Roland RD2000 stage piano for 2017, a stage piano developed for the discerning keyboardist who expects quality and easy operation both in the studio and live on stage.
The sounds of the acoustic pianos are rich, detailed, fully polyphonic and uncompromising, ready for any professional job. This is guaranteed by the RD-2000's separate acoustic piano sound generators. The renowned SUperNATURAL technology also gives you access to all the vintage sounds of classic electronic pianos from the last decades.
The Roland RD-2000 is the live partner for all keyboard players. Not only are there two sound generators that give you the sounds of the best acoustic and electric pianos in an instant, the keyboard is also top quality. Add to that the selection of ensemble sounds, the expansion slots to add extra sounds and the possibility to use the RD-2000 as a master controller and you have a stage piano that will hardly encounter any competition in its class.
The Roland RD2000 is a real stage beast: with its intuitive interface you can easily navigate and have instant access to all the functions you could possibly need. Eight knobs with LED indicators and nine sliders give you ultimate control over all sounds, effects and so much more. The Roland RD-2000 can also perfectly become your control center on stage and in the studio, as you can effortlessly control external sound modules and software instruments in addition to the internal sounds and functions.
In addition, the housing is also tailored to the performing keyboardist: light and portable, but very sturdy and durable.
The Roland RD2000 is equipped with the PHA-50 Progressive Hammer-action keyboard, a keyboard that will immediately convince you with its response and sensitivity.
