Korg XE20 digital ensemble piano
The Korg XE20 is a new digital piano with 88 natural-touch weighted keys and two full concert grand pianos onboard. It includes a variety of accompaniments for practicing your favorite songs, and over 280 different auto accompaniment styles, letting you control an entire band from the chords you play. Each style includes four variations, ranging from simple to complex, plus an intro and ending for the beginning and end of the song. You can use these buttons to switch between these variations in beat with the rhythm to add variety to your playing.
In addition to its stunning concert pianos, the XE20 offers a versatile collection of over 700 expressive and authentic sounds, including electric pianos, organs, synth pads, brass, strings, drum kits and much more, all sampled from real acoustic and digital instruments. Each of these realistic sounds can be played live or used as part of the XE20's auto accompaniment.
The Korg XE20's speakers have been completely redesigned to provide more power and clarity. This new playback system also improves the overall balance so that even when auto accompaniment is on, the low frequencies of the drums and bass will be present, while the piano can shine through. This piano features a graded weighted hammer action keyboard to provide a true acoustic piano. This means that the lower keys feel heavier, and get lighter the higher you play. The keyboard is finely balanced, providing a natural and effortless playing experience. Additionally, the Korg XE20 comes with a comprehensive software bundle, including a three-month premium subscription to Skoove's award-winning piano teaching software, to help you improve your playing, along with KORG's Module app, which gives you access to even more sounds, and to slot KORG's Gadget 2 LE DAW music production app.
