Roland MV-1 - Mobile studio

Dream of making your own music and looking for an instrument that is small mobile like 'the complete package'. Then Roland's Verselab MV-1 is exactly what you are looking for. It is a standalone production studio with which you can easily create complete items.

With the Verselab MV-1 you can produce a song without a computer, including vocals with an incredibly simple workflow. Just like an Akai MPC, the MV-1 does not have a keyboard but pads. They are incredibly multifunctional, so you can use them to play melody or chords, control the built-in effects, sequence drums, etc.

There are more than 3000 Zen Core samples on board and you can add additional samples via the Roland Cloud. There is plenty to choose from and the samples can be used for all types of genres. But of course you can expect the classics such as samples from the TR-808 and SP-404.

Under the 16 pads you have a 16 step sequencer. Perfect for programming drums of arrangements. There are enough patterns and templates available for the beginning music producer. This way you quickly get away with the capabilities of the Verselab. Once you've mastered the MV-1's workflow, you can easily finalize, mix, and master songs. And so you have a professional sounding song in no time.

You can record vocals with the built-in microphone from an external microphone via the XLR input. There are many better functions and vocal effects such as Auto-Tune, Harmonizer and Doubler. The MV-1 also offers a phantom power option.

In addition, it has MIDI IN and MIDI OUT. If you don't want to play everything with pads, you can connect a MIDI keyboard (it does need separate power). There is a stereo jack in and output and an SD card slot to save your productions.

The Verselab MV-1 can be powered by mains or battery. Perfect for in your studio and on the go.
