Martin DX2E Dreadnought X-Series

The Martin DX2e Dreadnought, also known as DX2E-01, is the first version of the renewed X-series and has a beautiful back with Koa drawing. The back and sides are made of HPL. This is a type of laminate that has been produced with a special process, which makes it sound like real solid wood in terms of sound properties. The HPL is therefore environmentally friendly and cheaper! The top is made of solid spruce, and provides a beautiful and rich sound. For the rest, this acoustic guitar has everything for which Martin became so famous; not least that typical warm and woolly sound! Add to this the element of Fishman, with controls in the sound hole, and you have a guitar that is more than worthy of the stage for a heck of a price!
