The Fender Redondo Special Mahogany has a full solid mahogany body. This gives this guitar an incredibly warm, resonant and dynamic sound. It's a 14-fret Dreadnought with a preamp in collaboration between Fender and Fishman. That preamp is also specially tuned to the body shape of the Redondo. This faithfully reproduces the natural sound of this instrument, and the smallest nuances in your playing, both in the studio and on stage. The mahogany neck has a comfortable and accessible C-profile, inspired by Fender's electric guitars, finished in satin urethane. In this way, the Redondo Special plays very smoothly and intuitively. The pau ferro fingerboard has a ratio of 15.75 inches (400 mm), a scale length of 25.6 inches (650 mm), and 20 frets.
