The Blues Junior is one of the world's most beloved tube amps, and has a long history. Now there's the updated Fender Blues Junior IV Black Bulb Amplifier. You don't change a winning concept quickly, but it still received a number of striking innovations, without touching the nature of the beast. For example, the preamplifier was given a new circuit. This now provides even more articulation and especially transparency, even if you let it overdrive very hard. The reverb has also been addressed for an even more spacious and atmospheric effect, without affecting your tone. Aesthetically, the change is subtle: this Fender Blues Junior IV Black was given a slightly 'aged' look due to the vintage-looking speaker cloth.
The Blues Junior of course retains its classic features: it still has 15W of power (full lamps) and Celestion 12" speakers. Included is a foot switch for the 'fat switch', with which you pump up the midrange a bit and add more thickness. your sound.
