Electro-Voice ZLX-G2: The Next Generation of Professional Speakers
The ZLX-G2 series from Electro-Voice delivers powerful and refined sound worthy of the name. Based on the characteristics that made the original ZLX series an industry standard, the ZLX-G2 offers a range of advanced features and improvements. The line-up includes models with 8-inch (new to the series), 12-inch and 15-inch woofers, available in both active and passive versions.
Advanced Sound Quality and Functionality
The ZLX-G2 speakers distinguish themselves by:
Increased maximum SPL output and an extended frequency range for powerful and balanced sound.
Electro-Voice Signal Synchronized Transducers (SST) baffle design, which provides improved bass response, a more compact cabinet and even dispersion across the entire frequency spectrum.
Built-in digital mixer powered by Dynacord, with FX, PEQ, Automatic Feedback Suppression (AFS), ducking and more.
Bluetooth® wireless stereo streaming and QuickSmart Mobile app control, allowing up to six speakers to be wirelessly paired and grouped.
User-Friendly Design and Durability
The ZLX-G2 is designed for everyday use, with a sturdy and ergonomic cabinet for easy movement and installation. The new design features:
A larger full-color LCD display with an intuitive single encoder and push-key interface for quick settings and extensive user control.
Electro-Voice-specific subwoofer presets for optimal tuning to bass speakers, including gain and time adjustment for optimal sound.
Various accessories, including padded protective covers, a U-bracket for mounting the 12- and 15-inch models, and universal wall brackets for all sizes.
