The Cort B4 Open Pore Natural combines the best of Cort's Artisan B-grade in one phenomenal instrument. It features a walnut neck with roasted maple fingerboard, Bartolini MK-1 pickups and preamp set, and Hipshot Ultralite tuners. The mahogany body has the ergonomic contoured shape and a beautiful ash top. The combination of ash and mahogany provides a warm sound, with clear and defined highs. These are picked up by the MK-1 pickups, which deliver punchy and warm mids with transparent and brilliant highs in a perfectly balanced sound. The MK-1 preamp adds a solid boost with a distinctive and clear high-end. In addition, it has a three-band EQ and an active/passive switch.
