The Piano section continues to draw from the world-renowned Nord Piano Library, offering a vast array of Grand, Upright, and Electric pianos. New to the Grand 2 are advanced features like Dynamic Compression and Unison. Dynamic Compression helps maintain a consistent level in complex mixes without sacrificing the natural character of the instrument, while Unison allows for rich, thickened piano tones that cut through any arrangement. These features, combined with Advanced String Resonance and the included Nord Triple Pedal 2 for dynamic pedal noise, create a level of realism that was previously unattainable in a portable stage instrument.
In the Sample Synth section, the Nord Grand 2 shines with doubled memory capacity and enhanced sound-shaping tools.
